1. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our custom-made products. If there is a defect or an error in production, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you. Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase.
2. Customized Product Policy
Please note that our products are custom-made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer errors, such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color. We encourage you to double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
3. Returns
Returns are accepted only for items that are faulty or sent in error due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your proof of purchase and details of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Please ensure that you contact us before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and requiring a signature, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
4. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, excluding shipping fees. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. 5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for defective items or if an error was made during production or shipping. Once approved, we will provide instructions and a return address for the exchange.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation for a full refund.
- Orders canceled 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, including the full shipping cost and 50% of the product price.
- Orders canceled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will only receive a refund for the shipping cost.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
